Connie specializes in the recruitment and placement of Accounting and Finance executives, working to build lasting relationships with each candidate. Prior to entering the executive search field, Connie spent 21 years in the corporate manufacturing arena, with her last role being Project Manager. The knowledge and experience gained in this role helps her to overcome the challenges she faces in the candidate recruitment role.

Connie earned a B.S. in Management and Industrial Studies from Kent State University and an Associate Degree in Marketing from Stark State School of Technology.

Connie has a grown daughter and son-in-law, and a 3-year-old, energetic grandson that helps to keep her young!
