David L. Reliford

David is the President and owner of Cornerstone Executive Search Group, LLC.

David began his professional career with General Mills in their Management Training Program, upon leaving The Ohio State University. He progressed quickly to General Manager with full P&L responsibilities, and later to Regional Director of Operations, where he received numerous company awards in sales and profit increases. While employed with General Mills, David was featured in the Black Collegian magazine for his exemplary work and high achievements in the corporate arena. After 14 years with General Mills, David joined Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in their Human Resources Department, where he was employed for 6 years as a Corporate Recruiter. After dedicating 20 years to Corporate America, David decided to return to his first love of entrepreneurialism.

David's focus is placing senior level executives across several industries including Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance and the Banking Industry. David has placed Vice-Presidents, Officers, Directors and Chief Financial Officers' in Fortune 1000 companies throughout the country. With an array of contacts and an extensive network, David has had enormous success in the area of diversity.

David is an Ordained Elder in the Church of God in Christ, a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and the National Black MBA's. David has served on numerous Boards throughout NE Ohio, to include the Boy Scouts of America, Canton Urban League, and the Rotary Club.

David holds a BA in Business Management and he is currently enrolled in a Master's of Divinity program at Ashland Theological Seminary.
